All he said was how do you give due process to millions of illegals? Do they all have to have court dates? Something has to give. Biden swore to uphold the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. He knowingly opened the borders so any criminal could come right in.

What happened to the oath of office?

the constitution has a process defined in it for when it is no longer working, and discarding it isn't the answer. What you're saying there is you hate our constitution and don't want to follow it.
Ok, what is the plan if the constitution is harming the nation through leftist judicial abuse?

What this is doing is shifting moderates the other way around. Just like i have a real problem with men in women’s sports, I have a real issue with the president being unsure of if he should uphold the constitution.
No true moderate thinks like this

That should have been the easiest yes for him. Quit being swifties and creating theories to try and justify every Trump comment/decision.
When you understand The left is using the constitution to continue destroying our nation, it makes sense

exactly
The same folks that say that Trump is joking about a third term, and deporting citizens to foreign prisons are the same ones defending Trump when he is unsure about his duty to uphold the constitution.
You are an emotional wreck today.

It’s not a very high priority of yours if you want the constitution protecting them

I already determined why. It's not news.
Now you should determine why that is entirely irrelevant to the discussion at hand.
And keep in mind, the discussion is about how a retard just sent a screenshot of grok.

Federal judges take that same oath. Several of them have already violated that oath. Trump has not. Please link us to your post chastising the federal judges. TIA.

Correct. It is precedent. What do you think is more applicable to the discussion regarding constitutional powers?

ehh no, not really. Good deflection though.

He absolutely has. It's been discussed at length about the disregard of the 14th and 5th amendment rights of non citizens. Aside from that disregard he has spoken of other disregards he would like to do such as running for a third term and sending citizens to foreign jails. It could be argued he has attempted to censor speech with the AP mess as well.
but also id ask you to link how federal judges have violated their oaths?

Did you not read with understanding? The "man" said he doesn't know if he should uphold the constitution, and somehow you got supreme court out of that.

Fear porn. Trump says “I don’t know” and you melt down. Yet not a peep when judges actually make unconstitutional rulings. You aren’t fooling anyone.
firstly, saying " I dont know" to if you should uphold the constitution should cause everyone to melt down. If it was Biden or Obama the tone on this board would be much different.
secondly, link the unconstitutional rulings. The great thing about our system is that you can appeal rulings to a higher court if you disagree. Reasonable minds can disagree on interpretations of law.
Posted on 5/5/25 at 3:47 pm to Odysseus32
That wasn't what he was asked and that's not what he was saying. He was asked to interpret a specific amendment and he stated he would let the courts and his lawyers interpret what that amendment means.

No because the left sides with bad people like Kilmar, and disrespects the Laken’s. Thats evil as frick.

None of which has a thing to do with the facts at hand. Those facts are that Trump, unlike Lincoln, has abided JB rulings, and has not indicated he would do differently.
