I don't see a gun in the video, only the officer poking something into the pocket to look for a gun. I find it hard to believe the pd would have kept a gun quiet for hours much less months.

I think the officer who fired did so accidentally. It looks like he was trying to free his gun from something, possibly his radio before the first shot.

So do they release the findings this afternoon? tomorrow morning?

Nothing like the end of football season and a good hard freeze to preemptively squash protests.

At least they have the "Memorandum of Understanding" in place. The protesters agreed to follow the same permitting process as parades, movies and festivals when seeking permission to obstruct vehicular passage of roadways.......
