The Mall of Louisiana is 20 years old now but a large addition of it is relatively new. It's a prime location that is still a growing and thriving area.

Didn't GGP file for bankruptcy?
Do they still own the Mall?
ETA, Wiki shows they did file bankruptcy, but with outside help came out of it.
