Since the parishes bordering Ark population total about 750,000, and you include an additional 14? then I would say the population is well over 1.1 million in the North La section. You are diluting my voting strength and i'll go all the way to SCOTUS if you implement this.

So, assuming that these districts would elect a House Rep that matches the party majority, how many house seats would be R vs D?
And does that ratio come close to the R/D split in the 2024 election?
