This is exactly what he will do. Frick him, he never votes with Trump on issues that matter. Just a smile frack to the press and then votes with his daddy schumer.
Trump did not just support the miners, he has a huge gas deal in northern WV, and approved a pipeline to expedite the current gas to the east coast.
WV for the first time in years is on fire economically and its all Trump. Manchin, when they controlled the senate, let the dems shat all over the state.
