She talked about the rights she said that need to be protected. Rights that those in the past marched and died for (which is true.) I did not hear her say for folks to die in the streets today.
Outside of leftist political sturm and drang, what the hell was she talking about?? "Fighting for rights...like in the past...might have to die...blah..blah."
WHAT rights was she referring to? What rights are people in this country in the year 2017 deprived of that would necessitate "taking to the streets...getting bloody and maybe dying" for???
What the hell was she referring to?

What rights of the American citizen are at threat of being "trampled" on?

Exactly.

I didn't say I agree with her. I don't hold that rights are being trampled at all. But, that is what she was talking about, not folks going out and killing.

Also, keep in perspective that she was the chief law enforcement officer of the USA...advocating "getting bloody..fighting, and maybe willing to die".
People don't find that a bit odd??

So what was she advocating...what motivated her words, in your opinion?

She was calling for people to stand up and protect their right. Where did you get she was calling for people to kill & be killed?

What "right"? Also, standing is one thing..taking it to the streets (the context was more of what has been happening in the streets..maybe kicking it up a notch) does not usually mean..fighting...getting bloody, and maybe dying for the cause.
Why do I think that is what she meant? Because she did not, at any time, denounce the violence and destruction that has happened as perpetrated by the masked thugs guiding the "protests".
Don't you find that omission odd for a former law enforcement officer?

Ironically the past two administrations have shite on any and everyone's right to any sort of privacy.

So she didn't denounce it in a motivational speech you think she was calling for people to go out & kill? That is a huge leap in logic. She was simply saying people need to be active in the political field & pointed out that people in the past died to secure the right to be able to be active and involved. No where did she say people should go out & kill.

I agree.......another thing she didn't seem bothered by while holding the office of chief law enforcement officer, sworn to uphold the peoples Constitutional rights.

No.
You're introducing a strawman. Her claim was a cloaked admiration for someone willing to die..not kill..for some imagined "right" that was being violated in America in the year 2017.
What rights do you guess she was referring to that would necessitate such strong actions??
Posted on 3/5/17 at 6:22 pm to Dale51
No it wasn't. It clear what she said. But, you guys are twisting to fit a myopic agenda. Please show me where she said go out & kill. You can't because she didn't.

Remember when Lynch and Holder said that they "would get to the bottom of things" in the cases of Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and Freddie Gray?
I forget...remind me how those went again...

Again...strawman. Who claimed she suggested people go out and kill others?
Posted on 3/5/17 at 6:40 pm to Dale51
Not a strawman at all. It is clear what her context was & what she was saying.
