Poliboard, need your assistance! (Skyscreamers)

So I venture around DU and SR.com Poliboard in the morning to get my daily chuckles in from the sky screamers but this morning I came across a thread on SR.com.

Of course in here you see infinite appeals to emotion and calling Trump supporters every inferior thing you can think of. I am actually banned from posting on that board currently , but here's a post I wanted you guys to see...

Tyler has said a variation of the same as the above. He's said the same thing that steve said in post #17. It's just that his posts are inundated with font face changes and font size changes and arbitrary color changes and links to websites of questionable journalistic integrity.

Just because the language is toned down and he knows how paragraph breaks work doesn't mean that his post is granted some "intelligence and reason." What I excerpted above is neither of these things, and they aren't the most absurd things he's said. But the kids are put into cages. And he's mitigating the "accommodations" to make it sound like it's some sort of excursion. That's BS. I've been in youth prisons, man. I've seen them. I've studied them a long time. These are prisons. I know what it does to kids. I know what family separation does to kids and families. I know what the fallout looks like. And I know what it says about a country that casually, dismissively throws children into cages.

These are cages. There's this push for the euphemistic. Sorry, but that's nonsense. It's a way to make people feel better about themselves, rationalizing the casual incarceration of innocent children. "They aren't 'cages' - stop calling them that. They are 'walls of interconnected chain link fencing'." That's a cage. That's a cell. "They have televisions and there's a PS3, so it's not bad." You know where they have those things? In youth prisons.

Admit it. At least that would be honest.

And then we're supposed to pat ourselves on the back because we aren't "throwing children into ovens"? Good grief.

Is this board so starved for reasonable, objective, rational conservative voices that this sort of ignorance and denial is "intelligent and reason"? That kind of stuff passes for "actual discussion"? It's not "actual discussion" - it's hiding from truth. It's understating realities because acknowledging what the real impact of this would cut the argument off at its knees.

The quote above is from a Candian professor who is practically worshipped on that board and the "figurehead" of what they deem worthy of listening too.

So I was just wondering if any of you baws wanted to head on over there and give them some conservative discussion?

Fair warning, if you do post Republican viewpoints they will swarm you like locusts and fire appeals to emotion, name-calling, and attack your intelligence.
