It's clearly a political persecution of Trump. I'm no Trump fan, but everyone can see what's going on here - I hope he defies every order from the judge. The loser here is NY. The entire state is getting embarrassed with these cases.

This shows you have no idea what the charges are about. He claimed hush money payments, generated to stop a story from entering the press while he was running for office, as a tax-deductible business expense. While I don’t expect cult members to care that this payment arose from an affair while his wife was home with a newborn, I would hope you’d acknowledge blatant fraud.
