What is mental health reform?

Cruz should get the death penalty with the quickness.

One of the main reasons people don't seek help for mental problems is the stigma associated w/ mental health issues.

"Progressives" solution? Treat people w/ any kind of mental health issues as the ultimate threats to society who need to lose their 2nd and 4th amendment rights further stigmatizing the very people they claim they want to help.

The stigma associated with mental health is that you'll be labeled and banished from normal every day life.

Your progressive solution to mental health is still too conservative.

Mental health and education are very closely related as far as how much we care about either in my state of Louisiana. Both cost a lot of money to take care of and we don't want to pay for that. Folks will bring up stats saying we spend more on education in America than anywhere else, and I'll assume they'll come up with something similar for mental health.

Mental health reform caused the school shooting?

Who said that?

Exactly. So, further ostracizing them is not a good idea, correct?

I'm no clinical psychologist, but I'd think making them more insecure about getting help is the exact opposite of what would help the situation.

I hope the Congress and President stop this unlawful Obama mental illness regulation:

Social Security Admin was required to identify and report to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) the names of individuals who are unable to work because of severe mental impairment and can’t manage their own Social Security financial benefits, and therefore were ineligible to buy guns. Obama said those certain Social Security recipients could pose a danger to themselves or others.

I want mental health reform and I don’t want him to get the death penalty.

Your argument is invalid.
