Pentagon dropping mandatory flu vax.

Good. When I was in the flu vac was mandatory and there were about 8 of us who every year had serious adverse reactions to the vaccine. We would be sick as shite for 72 or so hours.
Our requests to waive the vax were ignored year after year.

I had to take it for 20 yrs. Haven't taken another one since I retired many yrs ago. Don't recall ever having the flu in my life.
One year the med tech's weren't paying attention and I almost got 2 flu shots a min or so apart. Group was rushed and too many people in the room.
I was getting other shots as well, but was paying attention and stopped the 2nd flu shot.

Good. I've only ever gotten the flu in the years when I got the shot.

Yep. Got hammered with it for 3-years straight when mandatory, no exceptions.
