Incorrect. Even the judge threw out that portion of the case because Jones was talking about when he does skits as characters. he does comedy skits where he pretends to be fictitious people. You fell for the fake news.
In case you need any more evidence, he still has primary custody despite CNN & Co saying he lost the custody case.

It is. Chemicals acting as endocrine disruptors is well documented. There is a ton of research on aquatic organisms changing their sex characteristics they express based on exposure to high amounts of various chemicals.
