Pakistan’s efforts to broker a ceasefire between Washington and Tehran are “right on track,” foreign ministry spokesperson Tahir Andrabi told the Associated Press.

His comments came about a week after Pakistan hosted senior diplomats from Turkey, Egypt and Saudi Arabia and reiterated its readiness to facilitate talks.
