There are two parts to opening up:
1) Businesses being allowed to open up
2) Customers feeling safe and comfortable enough to partake in said businesses
#1 will happen in May, however I’m very concerned #2 will take a while. Many businesses who have survived the shutdown will not be able to survive prolonged time of only 30-40% of customers (the amount that feel comfortable).
Like, who the hell is going on a cruise this summer?
