While she may not be eligible for benefits, any child coming out of her womb, while on US soil, is considered an American Citizen through birth right citizenship and hence the child is still eligible for benefits regardless of her legal status thanks to the US Supreme Court.

My ancestors were pre colonial settlers who had to build their own houses and grow their own food. I'm tired of the "we are all immigrants" excuse being used to beat is into complying with this B.S.
