He’s been to Lake Charles four times, once as a candidate, three times as president.
While there, he was informed that Cameron Parish provided him his highest margin of votes of any county in the entire country.

I don't see why the citizens of Lake Charles don't simply rebel and vote to disconnect from Louisiana and make a request to the Texas Legislature to become another Texas county. You got this situation where here is Louisiana ......and over here you got Lake Charles and LC West.
