The governor of California would take issue with your assertions. Trump talked to the governor for "a long time" and discussed the plans going forward. The governor said Trump's administration has followed through with everything discussed. Pence was assisting the Washington governor with the same actions yet Inslee chose to trash Trump. People like you NEVER make the point that Trump responds to attacks made on HIM. If Trump was out there proactively ripping his opponents without provocation, I would criticize Trump.

I keep hearing this but NY has had huge issues getting people tested. It just isnt happening at the moment.

I think what he meant to say was:
