Was I wrong about you being a democrat? My bad if so, I thought I’d remembered that from a past post.
The point was meant to be that people like SDV are the worst thing going for the conservative movement right now, worse than anything else we have going on. I think folks like that who are unapologetically stupid and dismissive will drive more moderates to the left than anything else in today’s conservative enviornment.
But that said, I took the shiny troll hook too many times already and let him derail the thread. Apologies to everyone trying to have an honest conversation for that. Y’all continue, I’m out.

This just pisses me off so much. Prices are not that high and things are just starting to get going again. Every day I see new calls for welders and crews. Rental outfits who hunkered down are starting to place equipment again. Trump should let this market alone.
They may be trying to artificially push fuel transportation costs down the offset the tariffs (taxes), but this will push down industries which are just barely in recovery.
