Kwanza was invented by black panthers during the Vietnam War.

I can’t believe we even allow it to be treated as a real holiday.

This thread should convince you to go buy an AR15 and some body armor if you haven't already.

Nothing at all. I like ribs and beer.

If the practitioners lived by the seven principles, life in the U.S. would be improved, but....

Umoja (unity)
Kujichagulia (self-determination)
Ujima (collective work and responsibility)
Ujamaa (cooperative economics)
Nia (purpose)
Kuumba (creativity)
Imani (faith)

Ain’t gonna happen...no offense...

I know another way to help them reconnect with their African heritage....

For some reason an old Peter, Paul, and Mary song popped into my head. Something about leaving on a jet plane.

quote:

the "seven principles of African Heritage"

There are more races and ethnic groups in Africa than anywhere else in the world (and they all pretty much hate each other), so to assume Africans are one big racially pure, homogeneous, peaceful group of people is ignorant at best.
