A jury of his peers, and about 12-15 appeals courts after his conviction believe there is ample evidence to support the death penalty.

You folks who oppose the death penalty don't seem to be able to separate your feelings from the facts of the case, and always, always want to claim some obscure procedural issue, or simply buy into whatever story the criminal is currently promoting to save their own lives. I'm not crazy about government having that power either, but it is necessary, and there is no better way of punishing those who prey on society.

black dude who shot a white guy in front of his kids, gun was found wrapped in his bandana and only his DNA on it above his bedroom closet.

Gun was not planted by someoen else. Just made media news because of his race.
