Yep, Kennesaw GA unamously passed a law REQUIRING heads of households to own at least one gun with ammo per household.

Abortion is a state issue because it's part of the justice system.
Anything not specifically listed in the constitution is off limits. The constitution is supposed to limit government to only the duties listed. They abuse things like the general welfare clause and commerce clause these days and that's what's turned our republic into a democracy/empire. As there is no limit to what they can spin as "for the good of the people" or "dealing with commerce".
In short, it's a state issue on how they want to handle drugs just like most domestic/justice issues should be.
