Honestly had not heard of it. They're already broadcasting, but President Trump is scheduled to speak at 6 PM Central Time.

Yes it’s Election Day here in Kentucky tomorrow. Republican Governor Matt Bevin is in a dead heat with his democratic challenger who is the current Attorney General. Obviously this should help Bevin a little.
