Next two debates claiming lack of civility and being bullied?

That would be a death sentence.

If he does, he might as well go ahead and concede the election...

He could actually kick the can. More feasible than backing out at this point.

I'm not sure. His strategy of avoiding folks and living in his basement seems to be working. Hell, his lack of press appearances is somewhat responsible for Wallace having little to ask him about. He's made no statements. Answered few questions.

Would be horrible optics, but 50/50 odds cosidering the clown show he is running. He would have the media covering for him in any case.

The irony is that it would have been better for Trump had the debate not happened

will it?

The media will defend him. social media will scrub any criticism of him. Hollywood will laud him. Many Americans will sadly accept what they are told is reality.

I wouldn’t be at all shocked. Last night was the Fox News debate. I would guess that the next two will be favorable to Buden (not that Wallace wasn’t).

It's actually not a bad strategy. Do it today while the shitshow is fresh on everybody's mind. Let Kamala work over Pence next week and be done with debates.

Then circle the wagons and hit the campaign trail hard.

If he's really got a lead, that would work, as the campaign trail is your ground game. If they felt good about the election, they'd cancel the debates, go on the offensive on the ground, and milk the lead until November 3. I'm not so sure they think they've really got a lead though.

60/40 drops.
Gunna come down with some lame arse excuse.
Probably thinks he won last night.
Hope he shows up and has to answer tough questions without passing or deflecting, unlike last night when Wallace let him slide.
