Why would there be a House vote to condemn something that is already prohibited by federal law? As pointed out earlier, the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 bars non-citizens from voting in Federal and state elections.

Surely you are smart enough to see through the bullshite that is poor people can't get id's to vote and see it for what it really is. Is that giving you too much credit?
