That isn't a good thing. These morons bring their liberal bullshite with them to the red state. Somehow liberal policies forced them out, but they are still dumb enough to vote for those same policies when they move down here.

The actual restriction is much lower than 400 so I am not sure what point you are trying to make.
Applications are being limited to 175-200 per week. Much less than the 400 in the thread title.
