NEWSNew California Bill Proposal Aims To Protect ‘Targeted Individuals’

Published 4 days ago on November 13, 2018
By Richard EnosCE Staff Writer 900 shares

quote:

IN BRIEF

The Facts:Dr. Tomo Shibata has proposed a Bill to members of the California legislature entitled 'The Organized Torture Act,' which seeks to criminalize many of the types of attacks that are clandestinely made on Targeted Individuals.

Reflect On:How does making each individual in society culpable for their immoral and illegal actions, despite the pressure brought to bear on them to do these acts by their authority, help to liberate us as a collective?

quote:

Now, Human Rights Analyst Dr. Tomo Shibata would like this form of culpability governing war crimes extended to all those who are participating or are complicit in the ‘Organized Torture’ of Targeted Individuals, which involves a multiplicity of tactics and processes including gangstalking, intimidation, surveillance, and directed Electronic Weapons attacks. Dr. Shibata views these acts at least on a par with war crimes if not even more insidious in their nature and intent. She maintains that, “The proposed bill titled the ‘Organized Torture Act’ declares that Organized Covert Torture is a Crime against Humanity.”

quote:

The Targeting Phenomenon

This proposal was made, Dr. Shibata states, on the basis of complaints to human rights groups from high numbers of residents across California from various cities including San Diego, Berkeley, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto, and others, of “organized covert torture” whereby, in lieu of outright abduction, victims are kept under constant control of the covert torture organizations by organized stalking, sustained surreptitious monitoring, cyberstalking, and stealth physical assault and battery with radiation weaponry such as microwave/radar surveillance weapons. Different sources offer varying estimates, running into hundreds of thousands, of the numbers of organized covert torture victims often labeled “Targeted Individuals” within the USA and around the world.

Words matter
It is interesting how “targeting” has entered into mainstream dialect. Mentioning the term conjures images of football and purposeful attack of the head in a defenseless individual...

quote:

Why this particular form of crime is so insidious is that victims are often unaware that such intentional activities are being performed on them, and as these crimes often involved a concerted combination of physiological, social, mental and emotional attacks carried out clandestinely, the victim is often left in a state of isolation, to deal with feelings of paranoia and doubts about their own sanity.

quote:

In all likelihood, the technology and organization that make these covert attacks possible and prevent any resistance from the citizenry comes directly from the secretive bowels of the Deep State and those areas of the Military-Industrial Complex that this group has infiltrated. Certainly this power has been around for a long time, as John F. Kennedy clearly identified

quote:

We do have brave whistleblowers who have come out to help us see some pieces of the puzzle. One is former FBI Special Agent Geral Sosbee, who spoke with Ramola: Former FBI Special Agent and Whistleblower Geral Sosbee testified that he believed the FBI leads the process to wrongfully name people Suspected Terrorists or criminals and centrally command DHS Fusion Center contractors and local police to commit and condone the organized stalking and organized covert torture with stealth weapons against them.

Geral Sosbee stated that it was his “personal opinion–based on also my professional experience–that the FBI is spearheading the most colossal and evil attacks on people ever conceived on the face of the Earth, and they are using Deep Space-based technology, they are using Bio-Chemical Bio Warfare Elements and Agents, and they’re using Psychological Warfare to destroy people.”

Further, Mr. Sosbee testifies that the FBI operate as a global Mafia syndicate; historic analyses of how CIA and FBI operate have shown that they incorporate elements of the Mafia, gangs, and criminal networks in informant, infiltration, and entrapment operations. (source, source) “I have learned through my battles with FBI that the agents, operatives, hoodlums, thugs and murderers are the essence of all FBI operations, even though the FBI puts on a charade of semi respectability on popular media. The FBI is in reality a global MAFIA syndicate and most people fear or idolize them.” In an article describing how the FBI persuades corrupt Federal Magistrate Judges (FMJ) to issue fraudulent court orders against people of integrity and whistleblowers they wish to destroy by making them targets of Fusion Center Surveillance and stealth-weapon “monitoring,”

Sosbee describes how local police become pawns in this mission: “All police and all private security companies are especially reminded not to interfere with the secret orders of a FMJ. With any effort to defend the Target against the order, the licensed investigator or police officer loses his license or is fired through contempt orders.”

Big claims by Sosbee, so I looked him up...

Monica McLean: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

quote:

The “lifelong best friend” of Christine Blasey Ford has been accused of pressuring Leland Keyser, another friend of Christine Ford’s, into changing her account of an alleged sexual assault by Brett Kavanaugh. On October 5, the Wall Street Journal reported that Keyer had “felt pressured” by Ford’s allies into saying that she believed Ford’s account of the party where Kavanaugh allegedly assaulted her. Keyser told the FBI that McLean had urged her to revise her orignial testimony, in which she had said that she knew nothing about the attack. The FBI reportedly sent the Senate a package of information which included copies of text messages between McLean and Keyser. McLean’s lawyer has deniced that McLean ever pressured Keyser. You can read the Wall Street Journal article here.

2. Ford Is Accused of Coaching McLean While She Was Interviewing for Jobs with the FBI & the US Attorney’s Office, but McLean Denies It

Ford’s ex-boyfriend — whose name has not been made public yet — told the Senate Judiciary Committee that he saw Ford coaching McLean on how to take a polygraph. He said McLean was getting ready to interview for jobs with the FBI and the US Attorney’s office —

3. McLean Worked for the Department of Justice for 24 Years, Leaving Just Before Trump Took Office McLean spent 24 years working for the Department of Justice, including as an FBI special agent. During her time in the FBI, McLean served as a spokesperson for the FBI’s New York field office, according to a 2009 CNN report.

4. A Man Named Geral Sosbee Says McLean Helped the FBI in a Bizarre Cover-Up

McLean’s name is featured on some shadowy websites run by a man named Geral Sosbee. Sosbee says that he is a former FBI agent who started working for the agency in the late 1970s. He claims that he was later investigated by the FBI and the CIA; his sites also make dark and incoherent references to “death squads”. He says that McLean helped the FBI to cover up the alleged investigation against him.

You can read some of his claims — as well as a declaration which he says was made by Monica McLean — here. The declaration is dated June 2000. It’s difficult to know the truth of this matter, since it seems that only Sosbee has written about the case.

This update is added to the site on August 1, 2005: The fbi inadvertently and impliedly admits (in the letter shown below) to the existence of a "shadow government" by using McLean's preposterous denial of a fbi official investigation of Sosbee in the year 2000. As a matter of common knowledge in the fbi and the cia (among other government agencies) the unofficial investigation (i.e. : covert and death squad activities) by the use of fbi and cia informants, operatives, handlers, contacts and undercover special agents and their assigns and contract thugs (such as those in Wackenhut as referenced in commentaries this site) is pervasive, secretive and illegal throughout the U.S. and the world. The denial shown below by McLean is patently false and will be revealed in time to be a hideous lie, as will the outrageous and libelous statements by Sara R. Robinson which also appear in Sosbee's writ. Indeed

Compelling and startling history is in the making now*: fbi terrorist retaliation against one of their former agents who documents with the United States Courts and Congress pervasive and treasonous corruption in the fbi. If the representation of true evil does not frighten the reader, then consider the dark side of the fbi in "My Story In Detail" and envision a world controlled by thugs and assassins who operate under the authority of the fbi/cia. Humanity is now held hostage and the world's population is largely unaware of the significance of this report.

The primary focus of this website is on the threat to National Security of the United States (and the accompanying assault on Humanity) by corrupt and criminal agents of the fbi and the cia. The incompetence and lack of leadership in the fbi coupled with the ever increasing fbi abuses of power within the context of the emerging fbi/cia sponsored global fascist state foreshadow a new wave of human rights abuses (such as arbitrary killings, imprisonings and torturings of good people around the world) and such atrocities are known only to the few surviving victims and to maniacal government agents and operatives functioning subsurface in countries controlled by the centralized fascist state. The fbi's abandonment of respect for constitutional rights of citizens is reflected across the nation by incidents of fbi misconduct and criminal activity; all law enforcement agencies follow fbi dual standards of unbridled arrogance and accelerating decadence. The growing chasm of distrust between the people and traitorous government agents threatens the very fabric of our constitutional government.

Targeting in the mainstream:

FSU shooter Myron May feared 'energy weapon,' heard voices, thought police were watching him

quote:

Hours before Myron May strode into a Florida State University library with murder on his mind, he left a series of chilling voicemails saying he was being attacked by an "energy weapon" and had a scheme to expose it "once and for all."

quote:

Two months ago, the promising young prosecutor went to police and told them that people were watching him through cameras planted in his apartment and talking about him through the walls.

quote:

At the time May began showing signs of mental instability, he was an associate trial attorney in the felony division of the Third Judicial District Attorney's Office in Las Cruces, N.M. He'd previously worked in the area as a public defender.

quote:

May was also a member of a Facebook group called "Targeted Individuals International." Targeted Individuals are people — often seen as conspiratorial or delusional — who contend they are targets of spying, harassment or abuse, sometimes by electromagnetic radiation weaponry.

One could dismiss this off hand, but let me remind you of what happended in Cuba recently...

At least some of the incidents were confined to certain rooms with laser-like specificity, and some victims now have problems recalling specific words

quote:

May's Facebook page shows that he recently shared a link to a video interview from the television show "Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura" that featured an interview with Dr. Robert Duncan, "who put together the technology that allows the government to transmit thoughts and voices into the heads of Americans."

The article above describes many of the events in detail, but leaves out the following...

Robert Duncan is a scientist with multiple degrees from Dartmouth College and Harvard University in Applied Sciences (e.g., artificial intelligence, pattern recognition and robotics) and Business.
He has worked on projects for the CIA, Department of Defense, and Department of Justice. In 2004 he testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee, Judiciary Committee, and 23 members of Congress regarding non-consensual experimentation on American citizens.
In 2010 he authored, in partnership with an anonymous consortium of scientists calling themselves the “Mind Hacking Strategy Group,” a book entitled Project: Soul Catcher, Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed.

quote:

In the interview posted below we discuss, among other topics, remote “mind reading,” CIA hive mind experimentation (multiple people sharing the same mental “space”), how people can be targeted and tracked remotely via their energy signature or “brain print,” the existence and use of a technology for remotely “cloning” or “copying” thoughts, emotions and other states (including intense pain) onto a target, [2] and how a weapons system capable of totalitarian control has been developed (with non-consensual and often-times brutal experimentation on civilians ongoing).
Duncan also reveals that many people are now in wireless mental contact with artificial intelligence run on supercomputers.
It is worth noting that current research projects, according to Duncan, have targeted people from all walks of life, not merely (or mainly) the “downtrodden,” as was done in the past.
Some of these targets are threatened with harm to themselves or family members if they do not carry out the instructions of their “handler,” or are promised release from their tortures if they perform some action. [3]

For example, Myron May, the Florida State University shooter, a former assistant district attorney, posted on Facebook before the shooting:

Duncan, who has interviewed many targets, has said that he immediately recognized the “torture script” used on May after listening to a recording in which May discusses his ordeal.

Perhaps most frightening is Duncan’s contention that the scalability of this technology is being tested: “…[A] lot of people won’t believe me and that’s fine. But they’re increasing this. They are scaling this technology to the entire population.”

Exploding Mojitos: The First “Sonic Attacks” Targeting American Diplomats in Cuba May Have Taken Place Thirty Years Ago
By Adam Entous
November 12, 2018

quote:

Jay Taylor, a veteran American diplomat, and several family members who were visiting him gathered in the wood-panelled library of his sprawling, two-story residence in a corner of Havana once known as Country Club Park.

It was the cocktail hour. As the sun set outside, a Cuban butler entered the room carrying a tray of freshly made mojitos. Taylor and his brother-in-law, David Rose, each took a glass and raised them for a toast. “Salud,” they recalled saying. As Rose brought his glass up for a sip, it shattered into pieces, spilling rum, lime, and mint on the marble floor. “Oh, my God, what’s happened here?” Taylor remembered asking Rose, who was alarmed but unharmed. Taylor made a joke about “bad Marxist-made glass.”

Everyone laughed. It was Christmas week, 1987, thirty years before American spies and diplomats reported coming under “attack” in Havana last year from what some investigators and doctors believed was a type of directed-energy device that caused injuries similar to concussions.

quote:

One theory, which Taylor and Matthews seized upon, was that the Cubans had used Russian technology to break the items. (The Russians invested heavily in such devices during the Cold War, and, in the nineteen-seventies, bombarded the U.S. Embassy in Moscow with microwaves. Years later, the National Security Agency picked up intelligence about a “hostile” country, which it declined to identify by name, developing “a high-powered microwave system that may have the ability to weaken, intimidate, or kill an enemy over time and without leaving evidence.” The N.S.A. said it never confirmed if the weapon, in fact, existed, according to a 2014 statement to the Washington lawyer Mark Zaid, who now represents several of the government employees who were mysteriously sickened in Cuba and China.

Almost all "terror" plots are created by the FBI as part of its business model.

What is the business of the FBI? Extracting tax. What does it need to do that? A stable threat. Prob? Real terrorists are sporadic & make FBI look weak. Solution? Make them.

ANDREW RICE 02.04.1102:15 PM

THE OCTOPUS CONSPIRACY: ONE WOMAN'S SEARCH FOR HER FATHER'S KILLER

quote:

Then one night in 2007, she idly typed her father's name into Google. She didn't find much, but as she clicked through the few results that came up, she found a book entitled The Octopus: Secret Government and the Death of Danny Casolaro. Based on the work of a fringe freelance journalist, the book argued that the 1981 triple slaying was wrapped up in an enormous plot involving arms dealing, private-security firms, and the upper echelons of the Reagan administration. Skeptical but intrigued, Begley dug deeper and discovered that over the years the murder case had taken on a curious life of its own, preserved on obscure websites and nurtured by a grassroots community of obsessives. To these conspiracy theorists, Boger's killing was the work of a secret syndicate that they called the Octopus, because its tangled tentacles supposedly reached into some of the most powerful organizations in the world.

quote:

When Begley stumbled upon The Octopus, though, she found a more nefarious explanation: Nichols proposed to use the tribe's sovereign status to build an arms factory on the reservation and ship weapons to Central American rebel groups like the Contras. Drawing heavily on a San Francisco Chronicle investigation, the book reported that he had struck a partnership arrangement with Wackenhut, a private-security firm with alleged ties to the CIA and Republican Party.

quote:

That strange story was widely reported in the early 1990s. But since then, others had embroidered those findings with more bizarre information, speculation, and extrapolations. Before long, Begley was tearing through websites and bulletin boards, finding herself drawn into the conspiracy. Much of what she found traced back to Danny Casolaro, the freelance journalist who had been the first to write about a shadowy "international cabal" of covert operatives he dubbed the Octopus. Casolaro tied the Cabazon tribe's arms company to a Reagan crony, who figured in the so-called October Surprise of 1980 and was connected to a computer program called Promis, which was supposedly used for spying. In 1991, the writer was found dead in the bathtub at a West Virginia hotel, his wrists slashed. Authorities deemed the death a suicide, but others presumed Casolaro was killed because he knew too much.

quote:

There were many competing interpretations of the Octopus—Seymour was particularly interested in the alleged role of entertainment company MCA—and they were infinitely adaptable, able to accommodate the Patriot Act or the financial crisis. Devotees found and fought one another on sites like Above Top Secret, conspiracy clearinghouses that host every conceivable thread of discussion. Begley forged an alliance with a retired FBI agent who was exploring a link between the Octopus and Satanic cults. She did battle with a prominent UFO enthusiast who thought the Octopus was hiding the government's collaboration with a colonizing alien force.

quote:

Finally, the world seemed to be listening. "Actually, this might be better," Begley says, sounding curiously invigorated. Though this experience has been draining, it has given her a sense of purpose, of a momentous cause. Hughes might be free, heading back to Honduras, but in a way, defeat offered a perverse validation. The Octopus wouldn't be the enemy she thought it was if it gave up its secrets so easily. "You're going to find out real soon," Begley says, "that the world isn't what you think it is."

RICHMOND -- Richmond police have been inundated with calls for help from people who feel under attack from space-based weaponry because of a city council resolution passed last month, according to Mayor Tom Butt.

Councilwoman Jovanka Beckles introduced the Richmond resolution in support of a 2001 bill introduced by then-U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, in an effort to ensure that Richmond residents would not be targets of space-based weaponry, reports CBS San Francisco.

"It is imperative that Richmond adopt this resolution in effort to stand in solidarity with residents who claim to be under assault from space-based weapons that should be outlawed by the Space Preservation Act," Beckles said at the May 19 city council meeting, where the resolution passed 5-2.

Kucinich's resolution never passed, but versions of it referred to alleged technologies including chemtrails, particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasmas, extremely low-frequency or ultra high-frequency energy radiation and mind control technology.

In the novel, when the Monolith is excavated and examined, it is found to be a black cuboid whose sides extend in the precise ratio of 1 : 4 : 9 (1² : 2² : 3²). In the novel, Clarke suggests that this sequence or ratio extends past the three known spatial dimensions into much higher dimensions.

quote:

In October 2017, an elongated interstellar object named “Oumuamua” — the first to enter the solar system — was detected by a survey telescope in Hawaii. A new study published this week in the Astronomical Journal, coauthored by scientists at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, uncovered new information that suggested there was a limit to how big Oumuamua actually is, and gave astronomers a better indication of its size.

quote:

“I personally think the odds are much better that is something natural, but I don’t want to dismiss the possibility that it could be from an alien civilization. But we have to have an open mind,” Michael Wall, a writer at Space.com and a biologist, told CNBC recently. Scientists believe Oumuamua is shaped like a cigar, approximately 400 feet long and 40 feet wide. However, they are only able to guess based off its changing brightness as it spins. But scientists’ biggest unanswered question is the object’s thickness.

quote:

Seth Shostak, a SETI research fellow, told CNBC that for that to be true, Oumuamua would have to be about a millimeter thick—about as thick as 5-10 sheets of paper stacked together. According to Wall, scientists originally hypothesized that Oumuamua was a comet or an asteroid. However, both theories were ruled out: Unlike comets studied here on earth, this object does not have a tail, nor jets of gas that a comet would normally emit. If Oumuamua is not a comet or an asteroid, chances of it being a light sail increase. According to SETI’s Cuk, it is possible that outside our solar system, composition of space objects are different. “Maybe in other solar systems comets could be made differently,” Cuk said. That suggests the object could be naturally occurring, despite the fact that nothing like it has ever been seen anywhere near earth before.

JPL study:

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/11/181115093324.htm

quote:

NASA learns more about interstellar visitor 'Oumuamua

Date: November 15, 2018
Source: NASA/Jet Propulsion

Laboratory Summary: The first known interstellar object to visit our solar system -- named 'Oumuamua -- was detected in October 2017 by Hawaii's Pan-STARRS 1 telescope. But it was too faint for NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope to detect when it looked more than two months after the object's closest approach to Earth in early September. That 'non-detection' puts a new limit on how large the strange object can be, astronomers now report

quote:

The new size limit is consistent with the findings of a research paper published earlier this year, which suggested that outgassing was responsible for the slight changes in 'Oumuamua's speed and direction as it was tracked last year: The authors of that paper conclude the expelled gas acted like a small thruster gently pushing the object. That determination was dependent on 'Oumuamua being relatively smaller than typical solar system comets. (The conclusion that 'Oumuamua experienced outgassing suggested that it was composed of frozen gases, similar to a comet.)

quote:

Subsequent detailed observations conducted by multiple ground-based telescopes and NASA's Hubble Space Telescope detected the sunlight reflected off 'Oumuamua's surface. Large variations in the object's brightness suggested that 'Oumuamua is highly elongated and probably less than half a mile (2,600 feet, or 800 meters) in its longest dimension.

But Spitzer tracks asteroids and comets using the infrared energy, or heat, that they radiate, which can provide more specific information about an object's size than optical observations of reflected sunlight alone would. The fact that 'Oumuamua was too faint for Spitzer to detect sets a limit on the object's total surface area. However, since the non-detection can't be used to infer shape, the size limits are presented as what 'Oumuamua's diameter would be if it were spherical. Using three separate models that make slightly different assumptions about the object's composition, Spitzer's non-detection limited 'Oumuamua's "spherical diameter" to 1,440 feet (440 meters), 460 feet (140 meters) or perhaps as little as 320 feet (100 meters). The wide range of results stems from the assumptions about 'Oumuamua's composition, which influences how visible (or faint) it would appear to Spitzer were it a particular size.

The Nimitz Encounters [Video]

Okay, it is very strange that the actual Navy Pilot is coming right out on national TV confirming the tic-tac UFO's. Is this no longer classified? Does he not care about his retirement pay?

Mother of U.S. diplomat hurt in 'health attack' speaks out "I do not believe that our military, our diplomats around the world or here at home are safe," Laura Hughes told Andrea Mitchell in an exclusive interview.

By Josh Lederman and Andrea Mitchell

quote:

WASHINGTON — The mother of a U.S. diplomat who fell ill after suspected "health attacks" in China is speaking out, sharing her family's harrowing story publicly in hopes of raising awareness about the potential danger facing American diplomats and other workers around the world.

quote:

Hughes, too, fell ill and was diagnosed with brain injury after spending time with her daughter in China, medical records reviewed by NBC News show. Hughes is being evaluated by the same doctor in Philadelphia overseeing care for Werner and the Havana diplomats, and is part of a National Institutes of Health study aiming to learn more about the mysterious syndrome.

quote:

For Hughes, the saga started nearly a year ago when she said her daughter's health started declining: nausea, unbearable headaches, and problems with balance, vision and memory. "Just struggling and just a shell of what she was," Hughes said, recalling how Werner looked during video-chats from Guangzhou. "She was ashen. Her complexion was off. She looked very, very fatigued." Werner had been hearing unexplained sounds in her upscale apartment and feeling waves of pressure, but didn't connect the dots. Instead, she thought the sounds may have resulted from a malfunctioning air-conditioning unit.

quote:

When Werner's health worsened, her mother grew so alarmed that she quickly flew to China. She arrived and set about buying new air filters and imported food and water, thinking the city's pollution may have been harming her daughter's health. Nothing worked.

Then Laura started experiencing the sounds and sensations, too.

"We heard a very high-pitched sound in Catherine's bedroom. And we heard a very low, pulsing sound in the living room," Hughes said. "Our heads would pulse. You would feel like you would want to regurgitate. You could become instantly paralyzed, instantaneously fatigued."

Both Hughes and her daughter also believed they were being surveilled, having noticed signs that their apartment had been broken into. Hughes said they'd discover lights turned on that had been left off, or furniture and other items moved around in obvious signs of an intrusion.

They adopted a pair of dogs, hoping they would ward off intruders. Soon after, the dogs began acting strangely.

They would be shivering under the bed when we'd return to the apartment. They would vomit blood," Hughes recalled. On one occasion, she said, they came home to find the dogs locked in a room they hadn't been in when Hughes and Werner left the apartment.

quote:

So Werner was evacuated back to the U.S., where doctors at the University of Pennsylvania found vision, balance and hearing problems along with an organic brain injury, medical records show. "Their findings were the same as they found for the U.S. diplomats from Cuba," Hughes said.

quote:

The strange sounds heard by many of the diplomats in Cuba and China led investigators to initially suspect a sonic weapon. But an FBI report this year ruled out that theory. Now U.S. officials tell NBC News they're considering the possibility of an electromagnetic weapon, possibly involving microwave technology.

Both Hughes and her daughter remain in intensive rehabilitation to overcome help with balance, vision and cognitive functioning. Hughes says that doctors have told Werner that for the time being, she's unable to work.

quote:

Since the Cuba incidents were first reported, skeptics in Congress and elsewhere have suggested they could be psychosomatic symptoms or an outbreak of "mass hysteria." But the U.S. government has said publicly that the concrete medical findings prove that something harmed its workers.

"Science doesn't lie. These scientists and these doctors and specialists have been working very hard and long on us," Hughes said. "There is no way you can fake this." The Cuban and Chinese embassies in Washington did not respond to NBC News inquiries about the Werner case. Both Cuba and China have strongly denied knowledge of or involvement in any attacks on diplomats. Cuba has also offered to help the U.S. investigate the alleged attacks

First, we found out that Nimitz Event witness, Kevin Day, was interviewed by Tom Delonge and Luis Elizondo with a camera crew present. Now we have a comment from Nimitz Event witness, Gary Voorhis, stating he was interviewed by TTSA‘s Chris Mellon, for a documentary that will air in January. I have spoken to Mr. Voorhis and got his OK to share this quote from 11-18-18:

“Was interviewed by Chris Mellon yesterday for a TV show about the Nimitz tic tac event. It will air in January will keep y’all posted.”

“… there is a major TV network producing a documentary on the TIC TAC encounter .. looking for it sometime in January.. To The Stars Academy has interviewed many of my former shipmates who were involved and they have followed up ‘connected’ leads in Catalina Island (where the TIC TACs were detected on SPY radar )…”

I was in the Navy stationed on the USS Coronado (Third Fleet Flag ship at the time) working in a SCIF when this all went down.

The USS Princeton radioed over to the Coronado, asking us to take a look on our radars to see if we had anything, to which we didn't.

I'm not going into too many details however this event got everyone's dick hard including the Third Fleet Admiral.

I have listened to a few hours worth of firsthand testimonies on the event (many linked in this thread)

It definitely caught my attention as one of the more credible “UFO” events

UFO Technician Bob Lazar Speaks! Jeremy Corbell’s new documentary offers a rare on-camera interview with Bob Lazar, who put Area 51 on the map 30 years ago.

quote:

That is the takeaway from filmmaker Jeremy Corbell’s new documentary, Bob Lazar: Area 51 and Flying Saucers, which is released worldwide today. Corbell’s previous documentaries profiled a surgeon who removes extraterrestrial implants and investigated Robert Bigelow’s Skinwalker ranch, which is an alleged hotbed of UFO activity, so he is in many ways the perfect person to tackle a profile of Lazar’s truly out-of-this-world life.

quote:

The propulsion system is a gravity propulsion system and the power source is an antimatter reactor,” Lazar told Knapp during the original interview. “This technology doesn’t exist at all.”

At the time, Lazar claimed that the reason he came forward with information about extraterrestrial technology in possession of the government was because he believed it to be a “crime against the American people and scientific community” to keep such information a secret.

The article leaves out a very key point. During the documentary, Lazar states that this biggest crime is not disclosing technology that could revolutionize all aspects of human life. He also talks about “suppressed science”. Notsince and I have discussed this here a bunch...

quote:

The FBI raid bookends Corbell’s film, which attempts to separate fact from fiction in Lazar’s story. This is something that UFO wonks have been doing on the internet for years, but Corbell manages to turn up some interesting information. For example, in the 1980s Lazar claimed that S-4 had a biometric identification system that was able to scan the bones in employees’ hands to identify them. In the film, Corbell produces a recently declassified picture of a device that sort of matched Lazar’s description and Lazar comments that this is the first time he’s seen this device since working at the base.

quote:

Corbell’s film also touches on other facets of Lazar’s story, such as his claim in 1989 about use of element 115—also known as moscovium—for the propulsion system of the extraterrestrial craft. When Lazar first came forward with his story about UFOs in Nevada, element 115 hadn’t been created in a lab yet. In 2003, however, Russian scientists synthesized the element for the first time. Element 115 is an incredibly radioactive substance and one of the heaviest elements ever discovered. To date, only four moscovium isotopes have been produced in a lab, each popping into existence for a few fractions a second. According to Lazar, however, the extraterrestrial craft he worked on used a stable version of element 115 to warp gravity around the craft and propel it forward.

So far, scientists haven’t been able to produce a stable element 115 isotope even close to what Lazar described. Beyond that, we don’t even really know what gravity is, much less how to manipulate it.

This all might seem pretty amazing, but it’s also emblematic of how Lazar’s claims can seem less impressive under scrutiny. Lazar might have been talking about element 115 more than a decade before it was produced in lab

NEW ASSUMPTIONS TO GUIDE SETI RESEARCH.

Conclusions and recommendations
In light of the challenges described above I propose a more “aggressive” approach to future SETI exploration, in the following directions:
1. Engage physicists in what might be called “speculative physics”, still grounded in our most solid theories but with some willingness to stretch possibilities as to the nature of space-time and energy.
2. Engage technologists in futuristic exploration of how technology might evolve, especially w/r Artificial Intelligence, “Evolvable Robotic Systems” and symbiosis of biology with machines.
3. Engage sociologists in speculation about what kinds of societies we might expect from the above developments, and whether and how they might choose to communicate.
4. Consider the UFO phenomenon worthy of study in the context of a system with very low signal to noise ratio, but nevertheless with the possibility of challenging some of our assumptions and pointing to new possibilities for communication and discovery.

More pollyannaish BS from the NYT.

If the Times, or their Sources, believes for one second that John Q Public will ever learn of Black Operation and Skunk Works budgets and planning, I have prime real estate for sale in Timbuktu.

Why Did the FBI Raid the Home of the Biggest Alien Truther?
A new doc examines the claims of Bob Lazar, a scientist who says he worked on extraterrestrial technology at a remote testing site near Area 51. Plus watch an exclusive clip.
Amy Zimmerman 12.04.18 5:04 AM ET

quote:

In December 2017, The New York Times revealed the existence of a top secret government program called Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification. “The program produced documents that describe sightings of aircraft that seemed to move at very high velocities with no visible signs of propulsion, or that hovered with no apparent means of lift,” the Times reported. As New York Magazine explained in a summary of the piece, “The internet went slightly more bananas than usual last weekend over The New York Times’ story implying that extraterrestrials are real and the U.S. government has been tracking them for years.”

The paper of record’s reporting was long-awaited validation for anyone who has ever claimed a UFO sighting, or an inexplicable encounter with the beyond. While the exposé was far from definitive, it appeared to be an important step forward—and an I told you so—for people like Bob Lazar, the subject of Jeremy Corbell’s new documentary Bob Lazar: Area 51 and Flying Saucers. In 1989, a then-anonymous Bob Lazar put Area 51 on the map when he came forward with his unbelievable story. Lazar said that he studied captured alien technology at a site called S-4, near the desert test facility. Almost 30 years later, Lazar’s story hasn’t changed, but our collective capacity for incredulity has certainly been tested. And Bob Lazar has been patiently waiting for us.

quote:

We create our own reality,” Rourke’s disembodied voice continues, as we see an iPhone light up with a number of texts from Bob Lazar, saying that he is being raided by the FBI. This is where we start: with a raid that we are led to believe is in response to a recently-filmed conversation between Corbell and Lazar. “This story is extraordinary, especially if it’s true,” Rourke growls. “And it all started in the desert, just north of Las Vegas.”

quote:

Lazar called the government’s secrecy a “crime against the scientific community,” who had been robbed of the opportunity to study and reckon with this otherworldly technology. When Lazar eventually did go public, it was in a series of interviews with journalist George Knapp, who has been described as “the best known above-ground correspondent on the ET beat.” Knapp first appears in the documentary providing background on Lazar, and warning Corbell that he might not want to talk. “He doesn’t like the attention,” Knapp explains. “It totally screwed up his life.”

quote:

These everyday images are seemingly incompatible with the interviews that Corbell is conducting throughout, as Lazar calmly answers questions about the alien technology he claims to have worked with. Lazar’s main gripes with the United States government are consistent with the concerns he shared decades ago: that people are not just being robbed of the truth about extraterrestrial life, but of awesome technology that has the power to shift “the entire world economy.

Specifically, Lazar recalls technology that produces and controls gravity, and uses it for propulsion. He explains that “this is a reaction-less craft.” Instead of expelling something, like air or exhaust, “It creates a distortion in space and time in front of it, where space actually bends.” At multiple points in the documentary, Lazar stresses that this technology could not possibly have been human-made. “There’s another civilization in existence that’s intelligent that we know about, and we actually have artifacts from them,” he insists. “The science and the technology can change us dramatically.”

Lazar sketches out some of the propulsion tech in the documentary (vid is embedded in the article linked)

quote:

The film culminates in the heavily-teased FBI raid. In a spooky clip, Lazar and Corbell go deep into the woods to discuss claims that Lazar made when he first went public: that he had managed to steal a piece of “element 115,” the then-undiscovered element that Lazar says fueled the reactors. The clip distorts and flashes, and Lazar never gives a straight answer. The next day Lazar’s business was raided by the FBI, and, we are told, “this conversation was directly referenced in the raid.” While authorities said that they were looking for years-old paperwork for a customer who had ordered potentially toxic materials, Lazar describes the raid as “like a Twilight Zone episode.”

“The street filled up with vehicles and the building completely filled with agents”—and all for something “they could have called for.” Corbell asks Lazar if he believes that the authorities are trying to find the 115 that he claimed to have taken out of the lab 30 years ago. “I don’t feel comfortable addressing that,” Lazar replies.
