He is right. Although, I don't remember his claims that he has been saying to get away from the identity politics. Maybe he did and I just haven't heard it. It's not like I listen to him all the time.
Even if he did, he still has been stroking that dem dick for his entire career regardless of how bad their policy is. So, he is kinda spiking the ball on himself.
