is the unnamed source a leak or just setting the record straight? if it is a leak, is he in jeopardy of criminal charges?

The only people here who expected otherwise were the board liberals who worked themselves into a frenzy. Don't worry about them though, they'll find a new fake media story to grasp onto shortly. It's pretty sad they keep getting their hopes up only to be brought back to their new reality. No matter how much they fight it, Trump is going to MAGA.

It doesn't make sense to me that Trump fired him for lying when Trump had known Flynn lied for some time.
I'm thinking the the reason Flynn was fired will come to light sooner or later. Probably later.

I've seen/heard this before. Is this to say Flynn is the only one who knows...the only person that can spill the beans on what exactly Hillary and Kerry gave away?

The actual criminal action is the recording and transcribing of a private citizens conversations. Without proof of a warrant, the perpetrators should be prosecuted.
You're right though, they may try and take the "ignorance defense" It worked for Hillary et.al.
