There's no doubt that the launch has been an embarrassment...if not an outright failure. But it has very little to do with the long-term feasibility of the project, which won't be determined for quite some time. I have no idea if it will work (I suspect the results will be middling), but the launch is irrelevant. I like to compare it to the building of the railroads in this country in the 1800's. It was a massively corrupt, despicable enterprise involving lots of stealing and violence...but the long-term net result was we had a railroad infrastructure that was the jewel of the world.

We're in the process of developing a medical/wellness campus and we have interviewed many, many doctors and hospital administrators from private practices to St Tammany and Oschner. They are not high-fiving in favor of Obamacare. Matter of fact, the privates are getting they're shite prepared to either go concierge or apply to work for a major hospital and they are paranoid. So to say you know 2 doctors seems irrelevant to the grand scheme of things. More like comparing to 2 liberal attorneys that work for contingency that drive beat-up SAABs and wear worn out suits like Lazlo. Either that or they are fresh out of med school ready to work for someone vs independent.
