I thought the original DACA order that Obama executed was still in affect, which ends on March 5th?
I thought Trump's EO which ended Obama's immediately was the one that was being challenged by the lower court?
It would make sense that they're still leaving on 3-5-18, No?

I don't believe Pres. Obama's had an end date. Pres. Trump instituted the March 5 end date to give congress time to come up with something.
The court injunction puts that end date on hold for now.

Most DACA workers get paid in cash. They are underpaid. They have no leverage. They don't pay income taxes.

you are confusing DACA recipients with illegals in general. There are plenty of DACA recipients that went to college and even own businesses. They aren't just day laborers.
