Are they holding a loaded shotgun?

Is holding a shotgun illegal now? I know you want it to be.
Trying to take someone's shotgun out of their hand is illegal but that's par for the course for a career criminal jogger.

Lol, cute.
quote:
Assault in Georgia is defined under Ga. Code Ann. § 16-5-20 as any attempt to physically injure another person. You can be charged with assault if you attempt to strike somebody, but miss. An assault is also an intentional act or threat of action that reasonably causes another party to be afraid of impending violence. If you threaten someone in an angry or a menacing manner and the victim believes you will carry out the threat, you could be charged with assault.
I assure you that an armed posse, in vehicles, chasing you, waving guns at you and demanding that you do their bidding meets the above statute. And of course the guns make it aggravated.

Y'all are really stretching logic and legal loopholes to defend this career criminal.
So a gun carry charge at 18 and a subsequent probation violation from the same charge makes one a career criminal?
Food for thought both of the McDumbasses now have the same number of charges as your career criminal, of course theirs are a little more severe. How do you feel about defending those career criminal MFs?

Do you want to have a rational discussion about this or is it just shitposting time?

Having a rational discussion with you is not possible. I don't want anyone to think that I'm here because I think that can be accomplished.

What have I said on this subject that is not rational. Please cite examples and I'll be happy to address them and maybe you may even be able to change my mind.

Your last post or the post before that, etc., etc.

What evidence do you have that he stole anything?
Im pretty sure that your ability to read someone's mind is generally inadmissible in a court of law
By the way, based on their actual rap sheets, your McDumbasses are far more accomplished criminals that the dead "boy" will ever be. fricking degenerate pieces of shite career criminals

Please.
Drunk & Disorderly when young? DUI? Possession of some kind of substance? Underage drinking?
You mean to tell me you don’t know anyone with 2 charges against them? You’re either exaggerating or Mormon.
Ultimately, it’s irrelevant. Nobody is perfect, but it is not like the world is markedly better now that this kid is gone.
If the world improves, it’s because a small town had its stupidity dragged into the light for some needed changes.
