Most of the $145 million in Clinton Foundation donations came from one person, a major Uranium One investor named Frank Giustra. Mr. Giustra has said that he sold all his shares in Uranium One about 1-1/2 years before Mrs. Clinton became secretary of State – and three years before Rosatom and its Russian cash came calling.

quote:

Giustra has said he sold his stake in the deal in 2007

quote:

Through a spokeswoman, Mr. Giustra, whose personal stake in the deal was estimated at about $45 million, said he sold his stake in 2007.

quote:

I sold all of my stakes in the uranium company – Uranium One – in the fall of 2007, after it merged with another company. I would note that those were sold at least 18 months before Hillary Clinton became the Secretary of State.

We believe you, Frank. Even though there is no record of this sale, since UrAsia was a private company when Uranium One bought it out. Your word is golden, Honest Frank!

quote:

Unlike more established competitors, Mr. Giustra was a newcomer to uranium mining in Kazakhstan, a former Soviet republic. But what his fledgling company lacked in experience, it made up for in connections. Accompanying Mr. Giustra on his luxuriously appointed MD-87 jet that day was a former president of the United States, Bill Clinton.

That's cool, Honest Frank. So resourceful!

quote:

The monster deal stunned the mining industry, turning an unknown shell company into one of the world’s largest uranium producers in a transaction ultimately worth tens of millions of dollars to Mr. Giustra, analysts said.

Nothing unusual here!

quote:

Just months after the Kazakh pact was finalized, Mr. Clinton’s charitable foundation received its own windfall: a $31.3 million donation from Mr. Giustra that had remained a secret until he acknowledged it last month.

Frank Giustra sounds like a guy whose word is his bond. Anyone saying we need to investigate this Uranium One deal must really be a knuckle dragger!

im sure mr Giustra is just a very philanthropic person who felt the clintons were a very worthy charity establishment and had nothing to do with favors at all.

I'm sorry to inform you that according to the Poliboard Roy Moore act of November 2017, you have to believe Mr Guistra unless you have definitive proof of wrong doing. (Yearbooks and/or witness testimony are not admissible)

And his continuing donations are ample proof of that.

In fact now that the Clintons are out of wok and able to devote 100% of their time to their philanthropy his donations are expected to increase enormously because of the added good they can achieve.

The level of evidence between the two cases you are comparing is mountainous.

Apparently there are videos with briefcases of cash.

I’m looking forward to seeing those.
