Iran has enough material enriched for a bomb, then there's the tech for delivery. A missile program is expensive. I'd suspect they'd be all in on a suicide bomber, or will attempt to sell the material to a bad actor. All of these possibilities are well known, what Trump has said is they can't have a weapon. Iran has done as much as they can with what they're allowed to do, and there's a line in the sand they can cross. The free world doesn't need for them to cross that line.
