Well here is a novel idea, pass a half cent sales tax like Arkansas did that can only be spent on roadway improvement. Best half cent on every dollar I have ever spent. All the major interstates are being completely replaced, State roads are being widened or repaved, bridges are being updated or completely replaced, and jobs are being created.

The issue is in providing money for the killing of people who are not your enemy, it subsequently and invariably gives these people every reason to become your enemy. It's just not a very smart thing to do.
There are millions of wiser investments...like the one you suggested.

I'm curious as to why none of their Arab neighbors have accepted the Palestinian people? This is not a Pro-Israel/Anti-Palestinian question, I'm genuinely curious.
