Flipping through the channels the other night and saw a commercial promoting some of Nickelodeon’s daytime shows, promoting political positions. It may as well have been written by AOC (her IQ is on an 8-year-old’s level). The indoctrination is just not underway in our schools; it’s targeting our kids through their entertainment as well.

it works also. I was talking some nonsense to my 7 year old the other day and said something like cat lives matter. she said no its black lives matter. I asked where she saw that and she said nickelodeon. thankfully she said she was tired of seeing all the commercials.

Why are they telling 8 year olds about politics?

Kids are inquisitive. There are signs everywhere, politics are all over the news, other kids talk about it.

This morning on the way to school he asked me why people were holding signs on the side of the road. He got a very basic (politically neutral) civics lesson and I wasn’t about to shy away from the conversation completely just because of his age.

I asked him if he were 18 and voting who he would choose between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. He chose Trump. He gets dinner tonight.

Some of that list really isn't for our children under say 12.
IIRC, several of those are on the list of animated programming that pre-wires developing brains for A.D.D. - No link,
but watching Fairy-Odd Parents and other shows on NIck gave me A.D.D when I was 32.
Compare any of those programs with Saturday morning programming from the mid to late 70's. The colors, drawing (abstract vs 2D), pace and dialogue are night and day.
