Yes, the Trump admin can choose not to contest the ruling. However, that ruling would only apply to that district. Other districts could choose to ignore it and probably would. No Circuit Court of Appeals has reached a similar finding nor as SCOTUS.
It's a nice victory but don't read too much into it.

If I understand it correctly, the geographic area does not matter. Rather whether you are a member of the plaintiffs organization.
I am a member of GOA and a customer of Palmetto State Armory, therefore if this holds I should be included REGARDLESS of location.
Hopefully this will be pushed further and eventually apply to ALL US CITIZENS via the SCOTUS.
