No idea why this gets downvotes.
If California were the California under Reagan, it would indeed be a welcome change. Hell, just spend some time in Bakersfield and you get a sense of what it could be like.
Unless we just want to keep having the biggest state be an hinged, automatic blue vote every 4 years.
