Don't know what his has to do with this thread but you are correct there are a few states who have been suckered into this film welfare. There have been several that figured out how stupid it is and quit doing it.

That chart is really amazing. Much of it is not too surprising as the total populations of the metro areas are similar to the countries depicted. However, many of them show how truly backward some of these countries are: Phoenix = Egypt! There must be 100,000,000 people in Egypt.
