This is significant a welfare check is called into the police by someone usually a family member to check on someone at a residence , to see if they are still alive because they have not heard from them in a while . Also in that press conference police arrived on scenes and both were holding “hammers” . The window was broken after the fact by before police arrived by One on Nancy’s goons on her instruction .
