Dude, really. I'm a retired officer and we knew way in advance before we were deployed. Receiving orders is just the paperwork. Him being a CSM, his arse knew, too. You are such a dishonest rube.

Orders for Iraq weren't received until July. He had no way of knowing his unit was going to Iraq later in the years without orders being issued.

I was in the Navy also. I know I’m gay lol. BUT we knew around a year to year and a half before a deployment. Hell we trained with the battle group for 6-7 months before we went. He fricking knew he was going anyone with any sense knows.
