My least favorite local politician is Rowdy Gaudet

This dude, who wasn’t a registered republican until recently, was brought over from state government to work in a high position for Broome many years ago. Now this dude is instrumental in giving millions of dollars to the Sterling family and wants to permanently change the council in away that will forever benefit democrats.
Someone should start a Recall Rowdy group and start getting signatures or else Baton Rouge is done.

The genes can't be good if your parents think it is a good idea to name you Rowdy. I'd imagine his IQ is around room temp.
ETA - just figured out who he is - he's chairman of the board for the BR food bank. I've met his shyster before. No actual talent other than being whatever he thinks the room needs him to be, and he cheats on his wife from what I've heard, but I can't substantiate that.

He isn't my council member but I would like to know what this issue is so I can contact them.

He’s trying to add at least one more council spot that is at large so there are no ties.

I don’t know about Gaudet, but there is a strong movement to change the way the CP Council is constituted. At large districts, less districts, Watch, change is coming. They want all the power.
Gaudet is my council nan. My party let him get elected simply because he had no opposition. How can this happen?
