Easiest, true explanation is that someone at Fox screwed up and used the wrong photo. Or they were discussing Sandy Hook and the crawl was showing something about the Boston bombing. The two women mentioned have been identified and are not the same individual.

She has been "dealt" with, don't you know? This was a false flag operation the objective of which is only known to but a select few....and a poorly executed one at that. You just don't understand the intricacies of the operation . There is an intersection between the big banks and government with local law enforcement for an assist and the MSM providing cover for all of this as well. I do hate when operations like this are done so shabbily.
The more you examine, with an open mind of course, the clearer the picture becomes. You were not around at 11 pm that night, when the FBI and Connecticut State Police went about removing the borrowed cadavers and dummies from the scene. Later that night, representatives from GE descended on the area with checks to 26 families to keep them quiet. Those funerals you saw....or did not see were all set ups, paid for by HSBC and anonymous donors.
The scale was so great, it's amazing no one involved has really spoken about it.

I'm not even saying they're lying, but if you think there is a universe somewhere where they couldn't figure out how to explain it away, regardless of whether or not they're telling the truth, then you're not a critical thinker. The explanation should hold exactly zero persuasive value to any thinking person. And in case you missed it, I said even in the original post that it could have been an honest mistake, but the totality of the oddities are sufficient to justify questioning.
