It doesn't have to be obstruction to be a crime, the fact that he thought about obstructing the investigation compromised the investigation therefore it could be a crime and Congress must decide.

Speech was a nothingburger and exactly what was in the report.
Time to expose the coup and prosecute

is Mueller correct in his position that the SC can’t even state if they found evidence of a crime?
Nope. The Starr report defined "substantial and credible information that President Clinton endeavored to obstruct justice" for 5 counts, along with "substantial and credible information" on 6 counts of perjury and witness tampering.
Nothing even resembling that in the Mueller report.

Nothing changes from the Mueller Report. There was insufficient evidence and therefore, in our Country, a person is innocent. The case is closed! Thank you.

I know that Mueller stated he could not charge a sitting President with a crime, but if he found evidence of a crime committed by someone else during his investigation (such as a Trump advisor or someone allegedly acting on Trump's behalf), couldn't he have indicted that person or persons?
If he could have indicted someone other than Trump, isn't the fact that he DID NOT indict ANYONE an indirect way of exonerating Trump?

Mueller was a pussy for passing this report off without conclusions, and he doubled down today on that pussyness.
And continuing to be bitchy about Barr and Rosenstein's conclusions.
If I'm DJT, Mueller and testimony before Congress never happens. DJT throws Executive Privilege over Mueller and tells Congress to frick off.

Per Rudy "If he was constrained by this rule...why do the investigation at all?"
Posted on 5/29/19 at 10:47 am to MrLarson
Obstruction wouldn't even be in the discussion if Trump would shut his piehole. The investigation was about election meddling. They arrested those people and found bad actors and also came to the conclusion that Trump wasn't involved. That is a good thing and I don't even like the guy. I don't get the outrage. Now we know how heavily involved Russia is in the democratic election process across the globe. That is enormous leverage to squeeze all of their trade partners with.

Yep
He resigned today and said the Office of the SC was closed. Time to EP all of it and hit them with a shite eating grin.

Wow, bussing POTUS hard, "only reason we didn't charge obstruction is because POTUS is unable to be charged with a federal crime while in office"

One of the reporters said Mueller closed down any thought of him testifying...
Mueller is a POS.

Mueller’s remarks..probably will ramp up demand from some Democrats for impeachment. He left open a big hole for Democrats to go down the impeachment road . Pelosi’s job just got harder
Mueller is a POS.

Mueller’s statement makes clear what those who have read his report know: It is an impeachment referral, and it’s up to Congress to act. They should.

Mueller leaves no doubt:
1) He didn't exonerate the president because there is evidence he committed crimes.
2) Justice Department policy prevented him from charging the president with any crimes.
3) The Constitution leaves it up to Congress to act—and that's impeachment.

Mueller doesn't want to testify because his report is a POS. The information that will soon come out will make him look like a fool.

Please please please go for impeachment.
