Move the US to an intranet system to stop foreign cyber attacks?

Why do we NEED an internet to connect with the rest of the world? 8/10 of the top 10 visited sites in the world are American, the other two are the Indian version of Google and the other is some Chinese site I've never heard of. We have Google, Facebook, YouTube, Yahoo, reddit, and many other services including online gaming, streaming like Netflix/Hulu, academic journal databases, etc. hosted here. Closing the internet off from foreign countries could literally be closing the access port for China and North Korea to try to cyber attack us.
Not being able to access foreign websites or have foreigners access ours and our systems would not have any severe detriments on my daily life nor would it the lives of any normal person here save SJW globalists. Cut the cords with the rest of the world with the internet, we don't need it.
Why stop at building a physical wall when we need to create a great digital wall to foreign intrusion through the Internet. President Trump has already expressed an interest in this idea.
Plus it would be nice not to get stuck with a bunch of Spanish speakers when I play Counter-Strike.
