Yeah, but as evil as Fauci is, he is merely a frontman and enforcer for the real people in charge. You can argue that Bill Gates is worse than Fauci, because he’s the one that gives Fauci his orders (along with the CIA and Big Pharma).

That said Fauci murdered hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of gay men, drug addicts, and foster children long before he met Bill Gates.
