Bums have all the time in the world.
But not even that extreme. I'm not sure high earning professionals in the mcmansions are any happier than factory workers living in trailers. And the trailer people have more free time.

Bums are actually a good example of my point. Happiness is made up of many different factors and variables. Sure a bum has all the time, but very much lacks anything else to make that time useful.
Pairing money with that time in theory would allow a bum to seek mental health treatment if desired, improve their hygiene, provide stable shelter and food, eliminating the daily dread of not knowing where your next meal comes from or where you will sleep, even allow them to purchase a communication device to connect with family or past friends, etc… all allowing the bum to focus mentally on improving his general wellbeing

I can't imagine managing to mess up this type of wealth though
My guess is drugs and people thinking they are “investors” and “philanthropists” once they get a few nickels.

Have you ever seen someone unhappy on a boat?

I’ve owned quite a few boats. They suck to own after a while in my opinion. I forget how much and buy another, then remember and sell.
Best boat I’ve owned was an off shore fishing boat. At least that had a purpose.
Sounds like you're doing it wrong. Walking out to the dock and taking the boat to dinner without sitting in traffic makes any downsides worth it.

I couldn't trust your government to payout the entire jackpot. I will take the 450M after taxes.
