Shocking, blatant double standards. How are they the natural enemy?

Sure there was fighting over territory early on, but the Ottoman Empire is over and that is not the reason for tensions today. Most ignore this inconvenient fact, but the hostility today overwhelmingly stems from the Zionist movement and US foreign policy.
