Well just my opinion, but 1st amendment establishment clause extended to the states through the 14th.

Maybe it's so minor as to not cause a detriment, but I doubt it that would work.

I live in MS, that will never fly no matter what folks think of the people of that state.
The first part about English and Christianity may if stood alone but not that confederate stuff. Really a small minority that is wrapped up in that and they are mostly in the northeast part of the state.
