My point is that you have your own line at which you deem violent protest reasonable.

But the gotcha you used makes your point irrelevant as i already explained. if the 2nd were repealed they have every right to take my guns. If they were tyrannical and i were to fight back and win the government ceases to exist, if i lose i die a traitor (Benedict Arnold).

If your point is that the rioters are right in their "protest", then you are simply an anarchist and there is no hope for you. And everyone has a line at which point they can justify anything. it doesn't make it acceptable in a civilized society. I could very easily justify rape, torture, murder, etc if i lacked morals.

Curfew says no public travel. I guess there’s actually a clause that you’re expected to follow orders, but no wording that you have to be inside. That’s some bootlicker shite on your own property. Disgusting look going onto people’s property with batons. Police acting like animals is what caused riots in the first place.

There is a section of the order that designates any place, including property privately owned, that is accessible to the general public is off limits. That would include a porch under those guidelines. If you don't like the overreach in the order then take it up with the Democrat governor that instituted it.

"b. For the purposes of this Executive Order, a “public place” is any place,
whether on privately or publicly owned property, accessible to the general
public, including but not limited to public streets and roads, alleys, highways,
driveways, sidewalks, parks, vacant lots, and unsupervised property."

If a random person can walk onto it from the street then it is accessible to the public. Do you not know how porches work or not understand what accessible means?

Bruh if your private house property is considered accessible to the general public then there is no private ownership of property. I get that if I own a road or a bar this is a bit different than sitting 5 feet away from your door. You misunderstand the verbiage. There’s verbiage that you have to follow orders, not that you must remain inside. I would be 100% behind the citizen if they returned fire, 2A is for tyrannical shite. Cops authority abuse is what caused these riots.

Guess that means a random stranger can enter your house because it’s accessible from the porch which is accessible from the street. Everything is public no one owns anything

What? There was 0 justification to shoot the police in that video. I really hope to god you do not own a gun! And if you were behind them you would be full of holes just like they were. Where do you people come up with this shite?

My guns were lost in a boating accident. If I were on their jury if they were arrested and tried in court, I would vote to acquit. Cops big dicking citizens is what caused these riots. If someone is on their front porch and police start assaulting them because they are scared of people on their own property this is disgusting.

So your cool with killing any dumbass teenage who shoots someone with a paintball gun? Nothing would justify the use of deadly force in that video. The cops may be dicks and may have over reached their authority, but killing anyone because they hit you with a paint ball is flat out murder!

Your house isn't accessible to the public because it is an enclosed structure that you can restrict access to. I don't understand how y'all are having this much difficulty understanding the way the law was written. It states access is restricted including privately owned property that is accessible by the general public. Unless your porches have some sort of barrier that restricts access, then that is a private property that can be accessed by the general public. Once again, if you don't like the way the law was written then take it up with the Democrat that wrote it.

Womp womp. It is very clear that they are not talking about porches or stoops. Please stop playing dumb.

They specifically mention a driveway, how restricted is the access to your porch compared to your driveway? If you can't admit to being wrong, so be it, but you and I both know you are.

Well a dumbass kid with paintball gun isn’t as same as a militarized outfit patrolling your neighborhood. I specifically refer to government abuse but yea just straw man me dog. Things happen fast what if she didn’t know it was just paintballs and shot back. What if one of them turned aggressively and she was scared for her life, I didn’t see any of them identify themself or their authority.
