There is a section of the order that designates any place, including property privately owned, that is accessible to the general public is off limits. That would include a porch under those guidelines. If you don't like the overreach in the order then take it up with the Democrat governor that instituted it.

Bruh if your private house property is considered accessible to the general public then there is no private ownership of property. I get that if I own a road or a bar this is a bit different than sitting 5 feet away from your door. You misunderstand the verbiage.
