So what changed?

I can tell you from what I've witnessed....there are certain demographics that are very highly educated, in the art of scamming welfare. Those parents don't long for their children to go get a college education, or learn a trade.....they teach them from the get go how to scam the system.

why should they, given they have no self drive or motivation. The government has taught them to be dependent. What pisses me off is when you are in a grocery store, they are buying 3 buggy loads of stuff, lots of it high dollar meats and tons of snacks. They shouldn't be getting that much money. Give them a small allowance, and then have food shelters where they can go get cans of beans, flower, dairy, etc.....don't allow the free loaders to load up on Filet and junk food.
