Even if everything Cohen said in his remarks is true, nothing Trump did is illegal. This is another dog and pony show, which is all Congress seems to be good for these days.

I'm not going to read that wall of text you quoted so please tell me where in it he says, "I am a convicted perjurer."?

This statement is very specific. Cohen doesn’t want to lie to Congress again. This would be something Mueller would have interviewed Trump’s personal attorneys about. If Trump’s lawyers backed up Cohen it is a crime and if they said it didn’t happen it will be he said he said.
If it is a crime Trump can’t be indicted until he leaves office, but his personal lawyers can be indicted. If they are indicted and plead guilty we will know they have something on Trump.
It will be almost impossible to prove unless one or both of the lawyers flipped.
